Professor S.I. Strong recently traveled to Milan, Italy, to discuss class arbitration as part of an international roundtable on large-scale dispute resolution.  Participants from Italy, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom considered differences in both procedure and policy.  Professor Strong has written extensively on large-scale arbitration, including a book, Class, Mass, and Collective Arbitration in National and International Law, that was published by Oxford University Press in 2013.
