Professor S.I. Strong recently presented her paper, “Religious Extremism and the Religiously Oriented Original Position:  A Potential Solution to Religious Violence?,” at the Ninth Annual Law and Religion Roundtable, held at the University of Pennsylvania.  The paper incorporates elements of political science as well as legal theory to provide a novel solution to an enduring problem.
