The Penn State Law Review recently published an innovative article by Professor S.I. Strong that discusses the development and content of general principles of international law from a procedural perspective and analyzes whether any of those principles can be considered jus cogens (non-derogable) and therefore binding on all countries around the world as a matter of international law. The article, entitled “General Principles of Procedural Law and Procedural Jus Cogens,” appears at 122 Penn State Law Review 347 (2018).
