Professor Strong Undertakes Visiting Research Fellowship in London

Professor S.I. Strong recently traveled to London to take up a Visiting Research Fellowship at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL), which conducts important research into issues of public and private international law, comparative law and the rule of law. While in the United Kingdom, Professor Strong conducted research involving legal reasoning in commercial disputes as part of an ongoing grant-funded project considering legal reasoning across the arbitral-judicial, national-international and common law-civil law divides. Professor Strong will publish her findings in a book entitled Legal Reasoning Across Commercial Disputes: Comparing Judicial and Arbitral Analyses (Oxford University Press).
