Oxford University Press recently published a book chapter by Professor S.I. Strong entitled, “Applying the Lessons of International Commercial Arbitration to International Commercial Mediation: A Dispute System Design Analysis.” The chapter, which draws off Professor Strong’s earlier work proposing creation of a new international convention on the enforcement of settlement agreements arising out of mediation (an idea now reflected in the new Singapore Convention on Mediation), appears in the text, “Mediation in International Commercial and Investment Disputes.”
