Professor Visits the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg

Professor S.I. Strong served as a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for International and Comparative Private Law, based in Hamburg, Germany. There are more than 80 Max Planck Institutes in Germany, each focusing on a different issue within the hard or social sciences. While in Hamburg, Professor Strong conducted research concerning the application of the European Succession Regulation on trust arbitration. The results of her research will be published in an upcoming volume of the Iowa Law Review.
