The School of Law will join with the MU School of Accountancy to host the Inaugural Southeastern Regional Tax Challenge at Hulston Hall on February 10 and 11. Fourteen teams of law and accounting students from throughout the Southeastern Conference (SEC) will travel to Columbia to present their solutions to a complicated tax transaction in front of a panel of distinguished judges from across the country. This competition will provide students with an opportunity to hone their research and oral advocacy skills, and will showcase the University of Missouri as one of the newest members of the SEC.
