About Bailey Alexander
Hi! My name is Bailey Alexander, and I’m a 2L here at Mizzou Law. I’m a first-generation student who just graduated from Truman State University with a BA in English and minors in Justice Systems, Sociology, and Child Studies. I’m interested in doing some sort of public interest work, possibly in the sectors of wrongful convictions, helping victims of trafficking or domestic violence, or civil rights violations, but I’m keeping my options open–it seems like I find new areas of law just about every day!
I chose Mizzou Law because of the home-like atmosphere, the incredible people, the impressive academic record, and how welcome I felt from the second I started the admissions process, and I’m so glad I did! Mizzou Law is a truly unique place where every single person, from fellow students to the deans, really make an effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome.
The law school admissions process can be super difficult, and it’s important to make sure you’re finding the right fit for you. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, concerns, or just to chat about this next step! I’m happy to help however I can, or direct you to people who can.
