About Robert Lass

My name is Robert Lass, I am currently a 1L at Mizzou Law, and I feel extremely blessed to be back at my Alma Mater, the University of Missouri. I first experienced Mizzou when I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, I accepted a commission as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps through Mizzou’s NROTC Program. After serving for eight years, I decided to pursue a career in law and was ecstatic at the opportunity to return to Columbia for the opportunity to once again study at Mizzou and call Columbia home.

After having been around the world, I can say with certainty that you would be hard-pressed to find a more welcoming, warm, and tight-knit community than in Columbia, not only in the surrounding community but at the University itself. Mizzou law has proven itself as a top-notch choice in every area I can think of. Post-graduation employment numbers and Bar Passage rates are through the roof. The law school is small enough that you get to know each of your professors as well as your fellow students, but the University itself is large enough to provide “big school” amenities. I could go on about why I’m 100% satisfied with my choice to attend Mizzou law, but I’d much rather chat with you than type out a novel here.

Please reach out to me if you are considering joining us. I have spent many of my adult years at this university and in Columbia and can honestly say I don’t regret a minute of my time here. M-I-Z!
