Cory Lee, ’15, joined JensenBayles, LLP, in St. George, Utah, as a member of the litigation team.

Previously, Lee worked in the tax mergers and acquisitions department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City, where he gained exposure to multinational corporations and their tax structures, performing tax due diligence on companies that were being targeted for purchase or preparing to be sold. He was also exposed to intense training surrounding the recent tax reform and the potential impact tax reform will have on all types of businesses and owners of businesses. Part of his responsibilities included reviewing tax documents, researching complex tax issues and making planning and structuring recommendations for optimizing tax benefits in corporate structures, and assisting clients with IRS audits.

In addition to his JD, Lee holds an LLM in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
