Joseph Kaiser, ’02, was named a partner at Groth & Makarenko, LLC which is located in the Atlanta, Georgia, suburb of Suwanee. Kaiser’s practice focuses on insurance defense, premises liability, insurance coverage and general business litigation as well as a growing appellate practice.

Kaiser graduated from Mizzou with a bachelor of arts degree in political science in 1999 and a juris doctor degree in 2002. He practiced as a prosecutor in the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office before relocating to the Atlanta area with his family. He practiced in house with State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company for several years in Georgia before joining Groth & Makarenko in 2018. His current roster of clients includes many of the largest automobile and property casualty insurers in the country.
