Andrew J. Smolik, ’10, was elected a shareholder at Polsinelli in the St. Louis office.

Smolik is in Polsinelli’s corporate and transactional practice who advises public and private clients on a wide range of business matters. His practice centers on advising clients on business acquisitions and early stage investing. He focuses on helping clients identify new opportunities and solutions, anticipate and address challenges that a growing company encounters, and to identify available options to help guide clients toward the most successful legal decisions.

Andrew’s background is based in commercial contract drafting and review, corporate governance and early stage financing. He began his career as general counsel to the Missouri Department of Economic Development and senior associate for Missouri Technology Corporation.
