Allie Isaak Rudroff, ’12, has been elected to Thompson Coburn’s partnership in the St. Louis office, effective January 1, 2021. Rudroff represents investors, lenders and community development entities in transactions involving various forms of debt, equity and public financing, including federal and state new markets tax credits and low-income housing tax credits. Allie helps clients navigate transactions related to tax credit and incentive programs, commercial finance and real estate finance. Her clients include investors, community development entities, developers and lenders.
