Gov. Mike Parson has appointed David Cole, ’92, as Circuit Judge for the 39th Judicial Circuit in January 2021. He fills the circuit judge vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Jack  A.L. Goodman to the Southern District Court of Appeals.

Cole, of Cassville, is currently a partner at Ellis, Cupps & Cole Law Firm.
