O’Brien is an intellectual property attorney working in patent preparation and prosecution, formulating global intellectual property strategy for industry-leading, flagship products and providing insightful and strategic portfolio counseling. He partners with clients to assess protection of consumer-focused products and services through multiple IP tools.
