Missouri Gov. Mike Parson appointed Sonya Brandt, ’99, as associate circuit judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit on January 6, 2020.

She will fill the vacancy left when former Associate Circuit Judge Bob Schollmeyer left for a position in the state of Georgia in October.

Brandt is currently an attorney with Brandt Law Office LLC in Linn, Mo. The 20th Judicial Circuit covers Osage and Gasconade counties.
