On October 22, Governor Mike Parson appointed William P. Devoy, ’94, as Associate Circuit Judge for the 9th Judicial Circuit that serves Sullivan, Linn and Chariton counties. He fills the associate circuit judge vacancy created by the death of the Honorable Scot T. Othic, ’90.
