Dryer Joins Burr & Forman’s Nashville Office

Kirk Dryer, ’12, joined the Nashville, Tenn., office of Burr & Forman as counsel. Dryer joins the Lending Practice Group where his practice encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate transactions for local, regional, national and international clients, including developers, lenders, pension funds, real estate investment trusts, telecommunication companies, property managers and brokers. Dryer joins Burr & Forman after most recently practicing as an associate at Venable LLP in Washington, D.C.

This is the eighth addition in Nashville this year as the firm increases the breadth and depth of services to meet growing client needs in Music City.

“Our Nashville office is expanding across all practice areas to meet the increasing needs of our clients both locally and regionally,” said Tucker Herndon, Burr & Forman’s Nashville office managing partner. “The growth in Nashville has created a critical need for lending and commercial real estate legal counsel that Burr & Forman is meeting with attorneys like Kirk and others in our lending practice. Kirk’s wide range of experience across multiple real estate segments makes him a particularly good resource, and we are excited to welcome him to the team.”
