Stinson LLP recently announced the election of Kyle Gottuso, ’12, to partner. Gottuso works with clients on intellectual property and patent litigation matters, including Uniform Domain-Name dispute resolution proceedings, settlement negotiations, mediations and Inter Partes Review. He has represented clients before U.S. district courts across the country, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Gottuso has also written extensively on key decisions related to patent rights, IPR and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He was selected for inclusion in the 2020 edition of Best Lawyers in America® and is the former chair of the Patent, Trademark and Copyright section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
