Tucker Ellis LLP promoted Brandon Gregory, ’11, to counsel. Gregory defends complex civil litigation in product liability, toxic tort, general liability and casualty, professional liability, transportation, and commercial matters. He is also experienced in defending construction, personal injury, employment, and criminal matters.
Gregory serves as national coordinating counsel and local counsel for toxic tort claims against diversified product manufacturers and premises owners in Illinois, Missouri, Rhode Island, and Michigan. He handles fact investigation, develops and implements litigation strategy, consults expert witnesses, prepares and responds to initial pleadings and discovery, drafts and argues motions, and conducts depositions of expert and fact witnesses. Committed to defending clients who cannot afford representation, Gregory’s pro bono experience includes landlord-tenant issues, debtors’ rights, family law, and criminal defense.
Gregory practiced in St. Louis before returning to his hometown of Chicago in 2016.
