Grider Joins White House Counsel’s Office

Mark Grider, ’98, joined the White House In March as special assistant to the president and senior associate counsel. Grider left Husch Blackwell, where he had been a partner since 2016. Grider’s practice focused on white-collar matters, government investigations and regulator enforcement. Grider’s public service career includes stints as a special trial attorney in the Justice Department’s criminal fraud section, and as deputy general counsel for the House Select Committee on Benghazi.
