Haden elected partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner

Beth Haden, ’09, was among 17 new partners elected at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. This is BCLP’s second class of new partners since the merger of Bryan Cave and Berwin Leighton Paisner in 2018. Consistent with the firm’s core values and commitment to diversity, this class is diverse in terms of geography and ethnicity. In addition, almost 60 percent of the new partners are women.

Haden’s practice is focused on the representation of lenders and borrowers in lending transactions. She has significant experience in assisting clients with all phases of a financing, from the structuring of a deal, to drafting and negotiating the required documentation, and handling complex closings, through loan enforcements and workouts. She regularly represents clients in single-bank, club and syndicated credit facilities, with areas of emphasis in commercial and industrial, real estate, unsecured, agricultural, construction, and asset-based loans.
