Nikki H. Howell, ’04, has joined Fox Rothschild LLP as partner in the Labor & Employment Department. Howell, who has more than a decade of trial experience, focuses her practice on defending nationwide class and collective actions as well as large multi-plaintiff discrimination lawsuits and litigation resulting from Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) systemic investigations. Howell was among 7 attorneys joining the department.
