The law firm of Lashly & Baer, P.C. in St. Louis, Mo. announces that Mizzou School of Law alumnus and attorney Daniel K. Mannion, ’00, has been named a shareholder of the firm. Mannion has been with the firm since 2017, and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and transportation law. Mannion regularly represents clients in commercial litigation, premises liability and transportation related matters, including serious vehicular and trucking accidents, and catastrophic casualty claims. He holds a J.D. from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and a B.A. from Indiana University. Dan is also a member of Lashly & Baer’s Rapid Response Team, providing immediate response to serious vehicular and trucking accidents in order to preserve evidence and facilitate early evaluation.

Mannion is a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, Defense Research Institute, Inc., Transportation Lawyers Association, USLAW Network, Inc., American Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and The Missouri Bar.
