Galen R. Mason, ’02, joined the transactional practice group and Venture Best team of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP in December. Mason is in the Chicago office where he offers entrepreneurship and risk capital investing legal expertise to clients nationwide. Before this move, Mason was special counsel at Foley & Lardner for more than nine years.

In an article in Law360, Mason says that he will counsel growth companies “from day one to day exit.”
