After more than four decades in the legal profession, the Honorable Charles E. (“Sketch”) Rendlen, III, ’76, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri, will be stepping down from the bench and into retirement.

Judge Rendlen’s active career included private practice, government service with the Department of Justice, and lastly service in the federal judiciary. His retirement looks to be just as active as he plans to spend his time with his wife, daughter, and grandchildren.
