Riley Coy, ’18, Joins Dentons Davis Brown

Riley W. Coy advises business owners and real estate investors with legal issues surrounding corporate matters, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, real estate, and financing. Clients appreciate the results-driven and cost-effective approach Riley utilizes. Before joining Dentons, Riley practiced at Grefe & Sidney, P.L.C. as a litigator.

Riley earned his JD and MBA from the University of Missouri and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Drake University. While at Mizzou, Riley worked as a student attorney and entrepreneurial scholar to serve start-up companies progress from initial concept to funding and beyond.

Before working in private practice, Riley worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Stephanie Rose of the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Iowa.
