Tim Garrison, ’03, is a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. In 2021 he was appointed an appellate judge on the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals, and was recently selected by the Judge Advocates Association as the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s 2022 Outstanding Career Judge Advocate. In his civilian capacity, Tim is a partner at Husch Blackwell in Springfield.
