The history of sports arbitration can be traced  through George Nicolau’s career from baseball to hockey. A past president of the National Academy of Arbitrators and publicity shy for decades he decided to take some time to reflect on  topics from WW II to Jackson, Michigan to famous cases we all have read and heard about.
