The School of Law’s Board of Advocates recently concluded its annual negotiation competition held at the law school. Congratulations to the winning team: 1L Emily Love and 3L Aaron Wynhausen. These students will represent the law school at the regional competition in November.

In the competition, teams are given general information about a dispute and confidential facts about their client’s interests. During a negotiation session, teams strive for an outcome favorable to their client, while retaining focus on a mutually beneficial solution.
