Professor Thom Lambert recently addressed the Federalist Society at Vanderbilt Law School. The subject of the talk was his new book, How to Regulate: A Guide for Policymakers. He presented a general overview of the book, which prescribes principles for optimal regulation, and then applied the book’s recommended approach to a specific market failure, information asymmetry. Professor Kevin Stack of Vanderbilt Law School provided commentary on Professor Lambert’s presentation.
