Professor Ben Trachtenberg participated in a panel discussion, “Title IX and Due Process at Universities” at The Federalist Society conference in Jefferson City on January 27, 2020.

The panel moderator was Judge Stephen R. Clark, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. The other panelists were Brent Haden, a partner in The Law Firm of Haden & Colbert, and Andy Hayes, assistant vice chancellor of civil rights & Title IX at the University of Missouri.
