Professor Rodney J. Uphoff recently taught at Harvard Law School in its Trial Advocacy Workshop course. The workshop brings in experienced trial lawyers and judges to evaluate and critique the students. Content covers trial analysis, skills and techniques over a three-week period. Professor Uphoff was selected to do an evening demonstration that involved cross-examination of an expert witness.
