School of Law and Culver-Stockton College Partner on 3+3 Program

The School of Law recently finalized an agreement with Culver-Stockton College (C-SC) in Canton, Mo., that allows C-SC students to complete their undergraduate degrees while completing their first year of law school at MU.

“We are delighted to establish this relationship with the University of Missouri School of Law,” Melody Schroer, assistant professor of legal studies and department chair for Criminal Justice and Legal Studies at C-SC, said. “In addition to their outstanding academic offerings, clinical programs and their renowned Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution, the law school also offers small class sizes and low faculty-student ratios.”

The Three Plus Three Juris Doctor Program, or 3+3 Program, will give C-SC students an opportunity to complete both their undergraduate and law degrees in six years.

The School of Law has a similar agreement with Stephens College in Columbia, as well as one for MU undergraduate students.
