Professor Gary Myers’ latest article on trademarks and the First Amendment has been published as the lead article in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. The article, “It’s Scandalous! – Limiting Profane Trademark Registrations After Tam and Brunetti,” is a follow up from his previous article on this topic, “Trademarks & the First Amendment After Matal v.
