Missouri Law Alumna Sharon Geuea Jones (JD ‘12) Honored for Civil Rights Advocacy

Sharon Geuea Jones (JD ‘12) has been recognized with the Equal Justice Pioneer Award for her outstanding contributions to civil rights, constitutional law, and policy advocacy. As the founder of the Jones Advocacy Group, Jones has spent over two decades fighting systemic injustices, advancing government transparency, and ensuring equal access to justice for all. Her expertise as a constitutional lawyer, lobbyist, and strategist has positioned her as a key force in Missouri’s legislative and legal landscape, where she works to bridge the gap between policymakers and grassroots activists.
