About Amber Gray, 2L
My name is Amber Gray, and I’m currently a 2L at Mizzou. I’m originally from Chicago, Ill., where I completed my undergraduate degree in public relations and advertising with minors in finance and community service. However, I spent most of my childhood in Houston, Texas!
I bet you’re wondering… How did I end up at Mizzou? Well, my dad lived in St. Louis for most of his life and other than that, I could feel how much Mizzou cared and how I wouldn’t be just a number here.
Other than being an ambassador, in the law school I hold roles as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA), Diversity Coordinator for the American Constitutional Society (ACS), and Member Relations Chair for The Women’s Law Association (WLA) and I’ve seen firsthand the impact of these strong, connected communities.
I love Mizzou for this very reason! The community here is undeniable, and it is truly a place I have grown to love. I have made some of my best friends here and cannot wait to see where my MU education takes me.
