About Jessica Esguerra, 3L
Hi Future Mizzou Law Students!
My name is Jessica Esguerra, and I graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Washington Tacoma in 2012. I received my MA in Health and Human Services Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2018.
I am an Army brat that served in the Air Force for nine years and transferred to the Air National Guard before starting school.
I chose Mizzou Law because I could tell during my initial visit and admitted students day that the faculty and students prioritized an environment of learning and community. You belong here! Mizzou Law is also at the forefront of moving towards Alternative Dispute Resolution methods.
I can speak to experiences about being a non-traditional, second-generation immigrant, or first-generation lawyer but please feel free to email me if you have any questions!
I am looking forward to meeting you and showing you our amazing law library.
