I chose Mizzou Law because of the strong sense of community and the genuine support from both students and faculty. Having grown up a lifelong Tiger fan, it felt natural to continue my education at a place that already feels like home. I’ve spent the past three summers working at a patent law firm, which sparked my passion for intellectual property and helped me see how engineering and law come together.

At Mizzou Law, I’m involved in The Association of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law and love how easy it is to get connected with people who share similar interests. The professors are approachable, the upperclassmen are always willing to help, and there’s a real sense that everyone wants each other to succeed. Being surrounded by such a supportive community has made the transition into 1L year so much better. Outside of law school, I love reading, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Tigers. MIZ!
