I chose Mizzou Law because of the academic excellence and the sense of community. As a first-generation law student, Mizzou Law was appealing because of the resources they provide for students to succeed through extensive opportunities to gain real-world experience, engaging staff, and ultimately the high bar pass rate. I also have a specific interest at the intersection of science and law, in which Mizzou Law has ample courses and knowledgeable professors. During my time at University of Tennessee as an undergraduate, I was a College of Arts and Sciences Ambassador, a TA for introductory biology courses, and worked with young children at a summer camp! In my free time, I paint murals, complete escape rooms with my family, and I love to read. I enjoy engaging with prospective students from all backgrounds!
