The Sponsor intends to pay, on behalf of the Prize Claimant, all federal and Missouri income taxes that are required to be withheld in connection with the awarding of the Prize. This withholding amount, along with the value of the Prize, will be reported as income to the Prize Claimant on a Form W-2G that the Sponsor will provide to the
Prize Claimant. The Prize Claimant will be required to include the amount reported on the Form W-2G as taxable income, but the Prize Claimant will also receive credit for the income taxes that are paid by the Sponsor on his/her behalf.

Any Raffle Ticket which has been resold in violation of these Official Rules shall be void.
