Mizzou Law faculty from the Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution, Chonbuk National University (JBNU) in Korea, and China University of Political Science and Law recently conducted a workshop on alternative dispute resolution in January. The workshop was held via Zoom and is part of a cooperative relationship between the University of Missouri and JBNU to explore collaborative teaching, research and policy efforts.
Professors Amy J. Schmitz, Paul Ladehoff and Jim Levin provided eight recorded lectures as part of the “JBNU Law School ADR Lecture International Program.” Professor Levin gave three lectures on an Introduction to Mediation; Professor Schmitz gave one lecture on Online Dispute Resolution; and Professor Ladehoff gave four lectures on ADR in the U.S. Federal Government with a focus on the Energy Sector.
