About Heather Heidelbaugh

Heather S. Heidelbaugh is an Equity Partner in the Pittsburgh firm of Leech, Tishman, Fuscaldo & Lampl. She has practiced law for 42 years as a trial lawyer. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Pennsylvania and 3 other states.  In addition to the practice of law, she has been active in her community by serving as the County Councilperson at Large for Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) from 2011 to 2015, securing the primary nomination for Attorney General of Pennsylvania in 2020 and obtaining over 3.1 million votes in the general election and winning 53 of 67 counties.

She is in Best Lawyers, a Charter Senior Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America (former member of the Board of Directors), the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, rated A.V. Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, Super Lawyers, past chair of the Young Lawyers Division and Civil Litigation Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association and former Co-Chair of the Republican National Lawyers Association.

She co-chaired the United States Senators from Pennsylvania Commission for the selection of Federal Judges and the United States Attorney for Senator Patrick Toomey. Ms. Heidelbaugh previously appeared weekly on a public affairs program on Pittsburgh public television’s “4802” for 9 years and for 20 years on local television as a political commentator. Ms. Heidelbaugh received the Allegheny County Bar Association’s first Pro Bono Award for her work in forming a legal clinic for the homeless in Allegheny County.
