John Mollenkamp

About John Mollenkamp

Professor Mollenkamp is a Stakeholder Relationship Manager for Intuit, the maker of TurboTax and QuickBooks.  In that capacity, he is a liaison with state revenue agencies in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Business Advisory Council for the Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board.  He formerly served as the Acting Director and Deputy Director of the Missouri Department of Revenue and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Tax Administrators. 

Prior to entering the world of state and local tax, Professor Mollenkamp was a Clinical Professor of Law and Director of Academic Support at Cornell Law School and an Associate Professor of Legal Writing at Mizzou.  Before that, he was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri, in private practice, and a judicial clerk.  He currently teaches LARC I and LARC II at Mizzou and has previously taught Legal Research and Writing, Advocacy and Research, Lawyering, Pre-Trial Litigation, Negotiation, and Judicial Opinion Writing.
