About Kristen Bates

Kristen is the records collections assistant responsible for medical and military record requests for Clinic clients and tracking mail received by the Clinic. As the spouse of an Air Force veteran who served nine years, Kristen has a personal connection to the challenges veterans face. She lives in Columbia, Missouri, with her husband and their two-year-old son, Ben. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Our Lady of the Lake University and is currently pursuing her MBA from LSU-Shreveport.
