This week, Professor Rigel Oliveri gave a presentation for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s 2024 Office of General Counsel Leadership Meeting, which was held in St. Louis. Her presentation was entitled “A Brief History of Housing Discrimination, Redlining, and Affordable Housing in St. Louis.”
