About Dale Whitman
Dale A. Whitman divides his time between Sun City West, Arizona and Salt Lake City, Utah. He is currently an adjunct professor of law at Arizona State University and serves on the Joint Editorial Board for Real Property Acts of the Uniform Law Commission. An expert on real estate and mortgage law, he remains active in publishing in that area and as moderator of DIRT, a listserv for real estate lawyers.
