About Emma Donaldson

When I was looking at law schools, I knew that I wanted a place that felt like a community. From the moment I walked into Hulston Hall, I felt that sense of community from the people who would become my colleagues and friends. Not to mention, Mizzou Law has a strong sense of community outside the walls of Hulston. Being a part of a city and a school that comes together and gives a place everyone can belong is vital to your law school journey! No other school is as accessible, willing to help, and kind as the people here! Also, my grandfather attended Mizzou Law back in the 1950s. Mizzou Law has a legacy of people who care about the law and care about the communities around them. I wanted a law school recognizing that the people we practice law for are all around us.

As someone who just finished applying to law schools, I know how stressful and scary the decision can be. Coming here made me feel at ease and reassured about my decision.
