About Jack Stiens

While originally from St. Louis, I have been in Columbia for the past few years, having graduated with a B.S. in applied economics and a B.A. in political science from Mizzou in 2023. While in undergrad, I had the privilege of taking a couple classes taught by the incredible law faculty and knew early on that this is where I belonged.

Anyone familiar with Columbia knows how special this town is when it comes to the collaborative relationship between Mizzou and the greater community, and it is no different here at Mizzou Law. Our proximity to both the capital Jefferson City and the heart of Columbia provides for limitless opportunity to get engaged and gain hands-on experience in a wide range of legal fields. Additionally, the student body as a whole values collaboration above anything, and between the student organizations, study groups, and events, there is a space and a place for everyone at Hulston Hall.
