About Mary Jae Kirby

Hello! My name is Mary Jae Kirby. I am from a small town in Southern Illinois, right outside of St. Louis. I have always had a strong interest in the law, government, and political systems. Due to this, I decided at a young age that law school would be a part of my plan.

I chose Mizzou Law because they made me feel welcomed and important before I even began my admissions process. Throughout my undergraduate career at Mizzou, I was able to get a strong sense of the ambitious and supportive academic community in Hulston. I knew that staying in Columbia was the right fit for me.

I found the law school admissions process to be daunting, exciting, and even a little bit intimidating. Now that I am on the other side of the process, I am excited for the opportunity to help potential students who are in the same shoes as I once was!
